I’ve experienced two trips and am currently on our third trip using USA Coach Buses.
So far, no complaints. The attention from the drivers to make sure that the passengers are comfortable and enjoying the ride is great. Very accommodating and you can tell that they’ve looked over the itinerary as they ask questions to confirm what we want to do.
The vans are always clean, the drivers always have garbage bags so we make sure the vans stay clean during the trip. Daryl even brought a cooler of waters for the women’s team on Tuesday (he didn’t need to do that but that’s the extra benefit that comes from being with you all, drivers that care). The cargo space in the back and overhead (for Van #300) is amazing (for what we travel with). Even Van #301 is a nice ride. I don’t think I would want to be in it for the longer trips (not as comfortable) as van #300 is more comfortable and players can spread out a little bit more.
I’m really glad that I received the email about your company and that we’ve been able to use you all. I look forward to working with you all again next year (I’ll be in contact once I start working on my 2024.25 schedule in a few weeks).

The driver, Anthony, accompanied us on all three legs (from JFK to our hotel in NYC, from NYC to New Haven CT, and from New Haven to Newark NJ) and was cheerful, informative, and reliable. Honestly, I have been on trips before with other companies, and the bathrooms were horrible, the driver did not talk, and they refused to accommodate. As our group needed bags loaded in/out of the bus, the drivers did so with a positive attitude. I rode separately from the group, but it seems the drivers were aware of their surroundings and did not bring forth a concern from those who rode the bus.

Our bus trip on 9 Mar 2023 was great! I certainly appreciated the extra effort USA Coach Buses went to securing us a bus the evening prior to our very early 6:30 AM departure when the original planned coach was not available.
Steve’s hand’s-on, never give-up attitude came through when he kept me updated as he worked to secure our transportation for several hours the evening prior to pick-up. He called me around 8:00 PM the evening prior to departure to let me know he’d found a coach that would support our trip 200 miles from our pick-up point. He could have easily just canceled the trip due to lack of equipment availability, but he didn’t and that’s what makes USA Coach Buses a true standout! It was a great relief that I wouldn’t have to cancel our planned all-day field trip to an area Air Force Base for 40 cadets at the last minute.
I absolutely recommend USA Coach Buses and we’ll ask for them again next year when we take another field trip. Outstanding customer service!

The trip we booked with you all earlier this fall went totally smoothly as I understand it.
No issues at all. Driver was professional, you all were easy to work with on the admin side as well.
Our Athletic Director did make a joke about how the old logo wrap on the bus was still visible even though there was a clear attempt to remove it and it looked tacky. It also appeared in the game stream since the bus parked in the background.
Otherwise all was good! Enjoy the holidays!

The charter bus experience was positive. Our driver was Shawn and she was

Once all marines were accounted for and no delays were made in the airport. He was able to get a bus available at 4 pm. Had no issues with AC which we usually do with other buses when traveling to Arizona. Steve was very kind, helpful and professional.
